Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
All tags and original packaging must be intact.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and the correct return address. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@valenzastyles.com with photos and order details. We will coordinate with our suppliers to resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the desired product.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have 14 calendar days to cancel or return your order for any reason. Returned items must be in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
